Shipping
If not announced otherwise, estimated shipping will be 21 working days after received payment.
Shipping costs are Germany 5 Euro, Europe 15 Euro and Worldwide 40 Euro.
Payment
Payment is possible with PayPal, your normal bank account, credit or debit card. You can choose your desired payment method in the checkout.
Return & Exchanges
If you're not happy with the fit of your ordered clothes, please e-Mail us to info@age-hh.com. In most cases it's possible to adjust the items to your needs. Costs are usually about 0-30 Euro and will be discussed individually.
We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed pieces within 5 days after you received your order. All items that are returned must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. (dust bag, hangers, garment bag, all labels attached).
We do not accept returned pieces with makeup stains or with a smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments. You can try the items without causing any sort of deterioration. If the items have been used or aren’t returned with original packaging you will lose your right of return and the items will be returned to you.
Once your return has been accepted, all returned items will be credited back to your credit used to make the purchase of the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
Lost/stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. From the moment of giving you the shipping number, it's not our responsibility to track your package or contact the shipping company. Depending on our capacities we might be able to help you.
Defective Item
We pay great attention to the quality of our products. However, if you wish to report a manufacturing defect on an item within 6 month after receivement, please contact our customer service by e-mail at info@age-hh.com
